Hi! I am 42. I am married with 3 grown step children. I own my own greenhouse business. I have already lost a little over 100lbs. I need to loose about 30 more to get it done. I since have been diagnosed with hypothyroid, perimenpause etc. That makes everything different. All the research I have done says you have watch your carbs so were gonna give atkins a try to get this finished and work into mantaniece. I would really love some buddies!
