Hi I am 31 years old and trying to loose weight. I have been doing a very poor job. As a matter of fact when I first weighed in my weight was 192 and now I am at 197. My goal is 150. Hopefully I will get the support I need from fat secret to help me along the way. Since I have gained the additonal pounds I have joined a gym and cut down on my food intake......So I am hoping to get on the right track.
