My name is David and I am 39 years old. I have my own business designing website which is slowly getting off the ground. I am also a preacher at my local church and did I mention I love to cook (probably one of the reasons I am in the shape I am in). I am happily married to my wife for 10 years now and we have a 5 year old son that keeps us on my toes.

The fact of the matter with me being over weight I have low self esteem and I eat when I get depressed or bored. I also smoked for years but I have quit that habit only to find that I picked up over eating as another. However I know I can overcome this just like i did with smoking
