Today is Day 4 P90x! Today we are suppose to do Yoga x...but the hubby really wants to do Baptiste Power yoga! Its intense too! And its going to stretch more than Yoga x! I'm ok with this! But we will do this when he arrives home from work.

This morning, I did Pilates, which I should have not! But I had no idea there was going to be a sub doing "NOT" Pilates! Oh well! I would have rather walked the dog than gone to that class. But I did it! And that's all that matters. But this does change my plans this Thursday...no Pilates! ;)

***One good thing about going to Pilates this morning is the fact that I over heard someone talking about me..well 2 ladies! For once in my life someone was not talking badly about me!! ;) I subbed the Pilates class last week on Thursday. Well, I actually taught a Pilates class. The ladies must of liked it because they were saying this not knowing I was across the room. Then another lady looked up and said, "Are you not teaching today?" I said, "No, just Thursday." She then continued, "Well you were very good!" :) So I'm guessing they liked the class!! :)

The hubby and I finally have started p90x! Today will be day 3! I'm excited to be doing this! I believe this is the extra push I need to get me where I would like to be, which is fully in shape with a good looking stomach and perhaps a size 8 by Dec. 9th! ;) My birthday! But if p90x goes over well, this means we should be over with the 90 days by November 4th! But you never know what may come up! But I do plan on continuing with the program even if my hubby quits. I'm not hoping he does...but he's not as motivated as me! He also has a lot going on!

But so far P90x is tough! Wow! I've been doing some tough work outs with BR and other HIIT workouts...but P90x is really tough! I can tell I'm doing so much better this time than I did last year when I first tried it. I am able to keep up with most exercises.

And I know that I've been really bad about not coming onto FatSecret..but I will try my best now! So hope everyone is doing well! And seeing success!! Let me know what you're doing! Send me a message or say it here!

Clean Eating! I was told that I am not getting abs because of my diet, which in OP is Clean eating. I've been contemplating clean eating the past couple of weeks! I've been super successful at my diet. And really its just a life of eating good! Its normal. I'm not depleting myself of anything. But I've been told that the only way to achieve abs is by clean eating. (???) Well how then how do big buff bodybuilders consume crap and still maintain their physique? This is what I've been contemplating. I researched and found a great body builder. And what he said was, "What exactly is clean eating?" I thought, this is silly!! What does he mean? He then continued to say, "Clean eating is a belief system!" For example, some people say clean eating is eating no dairy. Some say its eating this and no sugar. Some say this...some say this...some say this!!! Get my drift? But what he said about a belief system.... I can agree with! Because how can someone that is eating Atkins diet achieve success? How can people following WW achieve success? There are so many choices of diets to follow and they all have success. But here is the kicker...its how this diet or belief occurs in the individual. A belief will resonate a person individually on a different level.

So what does this all mean? Well, I don't do well with someone telling me that I will not find success because I eat some sugar here...and some there. This is utterly ridiculous. I also do not agree with not allowing myself to eat certain foods. I've explored vegetarian, vegan, paleo, WW and now clean eating. I've tried not allowing myself certain foods and I've not found success at all doing this. And what I've boiled it down to is this: I eat an array of veggies. I eat moderate amounts of carbs; bread, pasta, etc. I eat a moderate amounts of sugars. I eat small amounts of dairy. I eat meat; hamburger, fish, pork, bacon, etc. I cannot afford grain fed, organic etc. But this does not mean I won't in the future. But for now, I do what I can. I drink a WHOLE lot of water. I drink a cup of coffee and have cream. And I occasionally have yummy treats. This is me in a nutshell. Does this work for me?? Yup! I've successfully lost weight and getting into shape. I'm turning heads. I'm getting attention. This is success! My husband is making comments all the time...this is success!!! So my diet, which to me is clean eating...is working for me!!

So do not let anyone tell you that you are doing something wrong!! REPEAT--NEVER let someone tell you that you are doing something wrong! Because they are wrong!!!!! :)
