I did a spin class today! I'm going to do Baptiste Power yoga later! I've eaten super good today! I'm happy with what I've decided to do in my eating habits. My eating will never be perfect but deciding not to do what I did yesterday AGAIN...is always a good thing! Here's to staying positive!! :)

Today is starting the 30 day Challenge from BodyRock!! I cannot wait! I'm so geared up for this challenge and cannot wait to see what will happen. I have an open mind! The awesome timing of this challenge is wonderful...by the end of the month it will be only 9 days until we head to the beach!! Yahoo! So by May 30th...I will be getting a new bathing suit! So excited! I'll be posting my workout later. I have a friend coming over and will not be able to do my workout until this afternoon!! See you soon!

I'm feeling a bit better! I took my dog for a run outside! What a great day to do so! I felt strong! And I could feel my lower abs and upper shoulders engaged!! Yahoo!! My inner thighs are even becoming less there! I'm so excited to see my changes! I think this is why I'm resting. I want to feel my body doing things like vacuuming, standing, etc. I really can feel my muscles in places like my abs...side abs, lower abs, etc! Its AMAZING!! So I'm calling this time off from BodyRock...my rest before the 30 day challenge. Now i'm not going to give up completely...I'm just not going to fully do all workouts every day! But come May 1...I'm all for the challenge! Now I say this as if I'm going to exactly do this...but knowing me..this can change at any moment!!

Today I danced!!! :) I was dancing to techno! And goofing around! But otherwise, I don't feel so good today! So I'm going to take a day off! I've been doing really well staying on board and working out! I've been eating far less too! I'm eating...but not worried about eating too much for instance we had cheetos...I love them. We had the bag here for 4 days. :) That is awesome, normally it would be gone!!! No joke! But I enjoyed them while they were here!
Sorry I've been MIA!! Enjoying the free time and space from the computer! I swear sometimes...I need a break from that alone!! :) Have a great one!!

Today I did the 1000 Rep Challenge Followed by the Ab Extra! WoW!!! That was indeed a challenge...but I finished it in 39:49. :) I was trying super hard to get under 40. I barely did it! I had no mods except for the last exercise in the challenge: 500 High Knee Jumps Ropes. OMG!! Shaking head still...those are killer. I got to 200 and I could no longer do them. I would try and fail...try again and fail...try again and fail. And if you've jumped rope before, you know how absolutely ANNOYING this is! To continuously hit the back of your legs with the rope. GRRRRR...I had enough. So I thought, I think it would be better to keep moving then to battle this exercise like this. So I just did regular jump ropes, 300 to finish the exercise. Funny thing is, I just told my hubby about how I use to jump rope all the time when I was in my early 20's and how I wish I could get back there!! LOL well there I have it!! LOL
I finished the Ab with a strong one: 1) 15 2) 15 and 3) 13. This particular one she made us hold the elbow plank during the 10 second rest. Wow!!
I tried super hard to eat well today...and I did for the most. I'm trying to get back and I'm trying not to get too mad at myself for not choosing the right things! But at least I'm making healthy meals! And that is all that matters. I'll get back there...I will!
