Today I did the 1000 Rep Challenge Followed by the Ab Extra! WoW!!! That was indeed a challenge...but I finished it in 39:49. :) I was trying super hard to get under 40. I barely did it! I had no mods except for the last exercise in the challenge: 500 High Knee Jumps Ropes. OMG!! Shaking head still...those are killer. I got to 200 and I could no longer do them. I would try and fail...try again and fail...try again and fail. And if you've jumped rope before, you know how absolutely ANNOYING this is! To continuously hit the back of your legs with the rope. GRRRRR...I had enough. So I thought, I think it would be better to keep moving then to battle this exercise like this. So I just did regular jump ropes, 300 to finish the exercise. Funny thing is, I just told my hubby about how I use to jump rope all the time when I was in my early 20's and how I wish I could get back there!! LOL well there I have it!! LOL

I finished the Ab with a strong one: 1) 15 2) 15 and 3) 13. This particular one she made us hold the elbow plank during the 10 second rest. Wow!!

I tried super hard to eat well today...and I did for the most. I'm trying to get back and I'm trying not to get too mad at myself for not choosing the right things! But at least I'm making healthy meals! And that is all that matters. I'll get back there...I will!
