gooooooood....brrrr...mornin....wakin up to 32 this morning...but with the wind chill 20....definately no morning walk is planned...have really been laxed on exercise...was really windy yesterday..today...down right cold...but even with the lack of exercise...weight is just fallin off...doing the happy dance again this morning...im sure its all the candy/temptations over the xmas holidays that is comin back off...along with eating lettuce thats water anyways...so all is great in loosinville land...lol....i am focused once again...and see the light at the end of this journey shinning brighter each an every day..i have also noticed the days im outta the house i do better...less snacking thru the day cause im bored or not in the mood to get out in the weather...one disadvantage to the winter months..played on a wii game yesterday ...was exercise i needed..got beat 3 games of bowling.... im thinkin a wii game along with bigger tv will probably be my gift to myslf this year...once i get an apartment...still looking for an apartment...did find one..but it was outta town...turned it down...so...still lookin for that one that feels right to me...well..enough babblin for me...really just want to crawl back in bed and pass this day by...guess i will put on my bottom insulated undies...mabye that will make me feel like its 70 ...instead of a bone chilling 20...time to get up an make the bed...fix breakfast and get this day started i guess....mom has to get out today...brrrr...mabye she will change her mind...i can only hope....

8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.

ahhhhhhh...the start of a new year...goooooooood sunday morning...54 outside this morning an the wind is howling...up to 45 at times...suppose to be colder by tomow...so no morning walk...already been on the scales an im smilin yet again today...weight is just fallin off...an i havent even been exercising to cause my body to work harder..sometimes even though i have been on this journey for over 4 years...im still at a loss for how things work...been watchin what my mouth an hand take in...been tryin my best to watch the carb intake...along with the fat, an the sugar...and after the first week, the cravings and the hunger pains disappeared as well...i can tell my waist is where its comin off the fastest at...sweats and underwear which i got for xmas...have to be pulled up all the time...a good thing...means smaller sizes can be opened in a few more weeks...and bigger sizes put away and eventually passed on or discarded...i use to try an predict where i would be in a month...but have learned over the years...that just never seems to happen...all you can do is take it a meal at a time....and let it happen...go with the flow...do your best...an eventually great things happen to those that are consistent....and focused on what they have set out to achieve...its a new year with a new focus ....have a great day...

goooooooood saturday mornin...my plan of doing a morning walk yesterday was put off...started raining about the time i got ready to go walking...and once it quit i was outta the mood...if i dont walk when im in the mood...then...i usually dont get a mornin walk accomplished...with the cooler weather...its making it harder for me to stick with an exercise routine again this year...usually im already in the gym this time of year...but this year i decided not to join...i keep thinkin i can stick with a walking plan or riding the ole stationary bike to get some exercise...but so far that way of thinkin...just hasnt been workin...with the xmas tree put away still need to pack away the wreath and any other stuff thats gotta be packed away...to bad it doesnt all fit in the same box...not really sure what today holds yet...need to make my salad ahead...get that done...a few other things...keep as focused as i can...

gooooooooood friday morning...geeez...where do the weeks go....kept up an busy yesterday...75oo steps...did a morning walk...came home...changed outta the sweaty clothes...had an errand or 2 to do..so went an done them...came back home to rest...lol...then after lunch ...tried to pack the xmas tree back in the little box it came in...well...hope it looks as nice next year as it did this year...a bigger box would be nice...but like everything anymore...its always packed in such a nice little box...and then when you get it out an try to put it back...im beginning to think they use one of them things to pull out all the air to put stuff in packages...it never looks as nice as it did before i opened it...but...as i said...its put away til next time...after that adventure...i just took it easy an relaxed rest of the day...slept 8 straight hours...and o yeah...had another loss this morning...sooooo....guess...it was good to gain cause now my body is wondering where all them great temptations are...and whats going on with the changes...i can tell its comin off again in the waist as i have to keep pullin my sweats up in the waist...a goood thing.....need to try them 40s on...just to see how close they are to fittin...im sure its not close enough...seems like when i gain..its all in the waist to begin with...an when i start to work it off...the waist seems to be the first place it shows...like who cares right...long as it comes off once again...and them little blue dots an lines move downward...well breakfast is over...time to make the bed...take the cell phone off the charger...get layered up in a few...grab the headphones an plug in and tune out....lol...get my morning walk over with...probably a short one this morning...keep my body guessing whats in store for it...lest im up an movin....havve a greatttttttttttt one..
