Plan:
The list: 500 jump rope, 150 air squats, 150 push-ups, 75 burpees
I could do this in the morning before work, should take less than 1/2 hour in beginning. 3x per week, or HIT? I think I'll start with the elliptical and work up to it. Have to burn 275 calories on low days to meet the 1200.

Tues 1200 cardio
Wed 1600 weights
Thurs 1600 weights
Fri 1200 cardio
Sat 3200 none spike
Sun 1600 weights
Eat 5 times a day

fat burning window
eat less than 50g carbs during the day, that's 120 calories. Should be 30 grams, but with my latte which I don't won't to give up, can't do it. This will be hard, so we'll see. I like my oatmeal in the morning also.

Time to get back on track again with working out. I have the willpower before I go to bed, but when the alarm goes off in the morning, the willpower is gone. I wish I could join the bootcamp workout at the gym, but I have to get the kids to school and I am to tired at the end of the day. Maybe I'll go at lunch but it would be a very short workout.

Okay, first day I should have eaten breakfast and I didn't. Geesh, I get busy and just plain forget. I am not hungry first thing in the morning, gonna have to work harder at it.

Went to get weighed today, body fat is 34.1%, ewwww, lean body mass is 119 pounds, weight is 182. So 60 pounds of fat on my body, I still like my goal of 150 to begin with. I need to work harder.
