My shoulders hurt a little more than the last a couple days, and I am feeling my age... I was thinking of doing exhaustion tests for both sit-ups and push-ups challenge, but I postponed them to tomorrow. I just did them yesterday anyway. I'll do them before Day1 of Week3 program for both tomorrow, and I need to remind myself to do them before my usual workout, before my abs and arms are exhausted.

I didn't skip my workout, Firm: Total Body Time-Crunch, though. I actually feel my shoulders are lighter now. The last segment of this workout is core exercise, and it is still "a little" tough for me to do every single work in a right form. I was able to do them more than before today. The only part I failed was the last portion, "pulling a rope" movement with contracting the lower body. It definitely worked on my abs.

Twohundred situps logger site is down, it seems. I hope they will be back. I'm a little behind of performance this week, again! It is hard for me to do sit-ups & push-ups challenge AFTER my routine workout. If I forget to do them before my workout, I don't have much energy left to do those challenges.

Anyway, today is day-2 of this week. I should have a rest day between, but I am planning to do day-3 tomorrow.
Sit-ups: day-2 of week2, use column 3, max=30
*My sit-ups are performed without leg support. The form is as instructed at the site of twohundredsitups.com.
Push-ups: day-2 of week2, use column 3, max=18
*My push-ups are on knees.
My shoulders, especially the right one, have been aching this last a couple of days. It may due to my poor posture at desk, not from exercise. It was hard to add more numbers on push-ups. My triceps are really tight now. (Thanks to one-hundred-push-ups challenge and "FIRM: Get Chisel'd"!) Only if there was "fat layer" on them...


I had this craving of McDonald although I knew they were not good. I justified to have them because the last time I had them was... "oh, I cannot remember"-long time ago. Now, my stomach is kind of upset and they are still sitting on my stomach, even after workout. There is phrase in my country, "regret does not come before taking an action" (or something like that in English). That's exactly the case of mine.

From the experience of last several days, I learnt that dehydration could cause swelling legs as well as migraine. I tend to not drink enough water since I was little. (I don't drink soda but coffee and tea which makes dehydration worse.) First of all, I rarely had migraine, so I cannot remember the last time I felt like this. I had never experienced migraine for such long duration, never more than a few minutes, and 3-days long migraine was more than I could bear. I knew swelling legs is one of the symptom of dehydration, but this one was seriously severe and sudden. Besides, I thought I was doing the same lifestyle as usual, and I couldn't understand why now suddenly my legs were swelling after migraine attacks. During these episodes, I gained four pounds at some point and lost them quickly as I hydrated myself. Just in case, I need to do blood work to check my kidney and liver function, but dehydration would be the key of all of my symptoms. It was a quite experience.

So, you would think why I didn't drink enough water since I was little. It's so silly yet simple: I didn't like "bathroom" or "toilet". As a child, I thought that I wouldn't need to go bathroom if I didn't drink water lot. Somebody should have paid attention on what this child was doing. This became my long time habit, and it now needs lots of effort to fix it. Of course this is the one of reasons why I am "irregular". The reason of all wrong things was right there: WATER.
