I didn't weigh in today. Just wanted go write a quick journal entry. First covid shot Saturday, Jan 30. Next shot scheduled Feb 20. Glad when this phase is over and we can move on. Afterwards had quality time with daughter and her husband and then a nice dinner eith them. Good day overall. Yesterday relaxed watching snow falling and bird's antics at the feeder. Just wanted to eat all day and nothing "hit the spot". Must be my inner bear getting ready to hibernate. Scale will have a picnic with my numbers when I do step up.

Since January I've been working on using more portioned beans, whole wheat spaghetti, fruits, etc. Trying refridgerating whole wheat spaghetti overnight to see if the touted resistant starch works for me. Air popped popcorn is a go to as well. Not going overboard, just expanding food choices. Using some of my winter survival foods ☺
