Skipped a weigh in this weeks :-/
Very naughty but I know that nothing will have moved. With my mum here last weekend, it's been a bit crazy.
Feeling less angsty and impatient about it all now and know that so long as I keep eating sensibly and continue getting to the gym, it's going to happen.
The direction the scale goes is the imprtant thing, not how quickly.

Loving the warmer weather, it makes me want to get outside and enjoy the sun. On the other hand, the utterly delicious smell of BBQ'ing sausages is torture!

Just over a month in so I think I need to refocus, recap and reassess.
Drink enough water – I’ve gotten quite sloppy with this, especially over weekends
Need to focus more my diet ratios
Plan meals better – try to eat at least 5 times a day at set times
Rethink my calorie allowance – judging by the biggest loser method mentioned a few times on here and the points allowance I would have if on WW, I think I should be consuming more like 1400 rather than 1600 calories. I’m going to put in a solid weeks worth of effort at the old number before changing it, but something to consider.
Could do with shaking things up in the gym

Too many of my calories are coming from fat, need to balance this out with some protein.
Didn't eat any chocolate over easter but certainly had a few beers. Did ok food wise but still got to tackle all those empty calories in booze!
Feeling pretty drained after a tense end to the bank holiday and my ankle is twingey. Don't want to miss the gym but don't want to bugger it up completely either. Might be a good time to get in the pool. Trouble is I find it so so hard to do an hour in the pool, I get so bored and the time just drags.
After a few days of less than rigorous food logging, I need to up the effort and plan ahead a bit more to get back on track.
