Fell off the wagon last night and ate 3, count them, 3 drumstick ice creams. Did crossfit this morning, 800 meter run, 150 partner wall balls alternating with hollow body and then 800 meter run. Gonna do a 30 day challenge, just gotta pick which one, whole 30, robb wolf or primal.

crossfit mon, tues, friday. Gonna go tomorrow also. need to work on running and of course flexibility. diet was horrible yesterday, the snack bar is evil after a long day, wish I could have eaten before I went, just no time. I need to find restaurant's that serve food that I can eat.

Did Crossfit 4 times this week. Tried to keep carbs really low. Still feel energetic.
Helen, 35 kg kb, ring rows for pull ups in 14:04, got a side ache
Gotta break this plateau! Really want to run training hill tomorrow!

Still not losing, ugh, did crossfit 3 times this week, ate clean paleo, nothing. Not eating too much, keeping calories below 2000. Last night had 2 glasses of wine and ate some chips, didn't make me feel any better. Gotta step it up this week. Eat very clean, add some stretching and light cardio in the am. Gotta break thru this plateau. I'd like to do a fast, but too busy and got too much work to do, I would get too hungry. Very frustrated.
