I am very close to goal weight . 175 less ~20-25lbs of loose empty skin = 150 lbs. I have now lost 1/2 my starting body weight of 350+ lbs (326 at start of FatSecret). It feels really Really good. My whole life has changed for the better.

79,4 kg Bisher verloren: 77,6 kg. Still to go: 13,2 kg. Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
