Hi im denise, married with 4 boys, I am not a confident person as I used to b, would love to b myself again,( out going confident) 1 of my sons has been hard work (ADHD,ADD) and has run me into the ground( love him so much) but glad he's got a job and girlfriend and home, I was stressed all the time then started to have panic attacks, I can't do shopping cos I panic, would love it if anyone has got any tips, I don't have many friends as im a private person and I want to change have a good friend that I can talk about anything and they wont judge me but laugh or cry with me, I want to b a girlie girl but have 3 brothers so I was a tom boy. Well this is me so far but I want to change think this is a challenge in its self...........
