I decided 100 days ago to not record my eating intake/servings, but tried to stay within previous habits. Although I did weigh myself on a constant basis.
I didn’t slow down on my Exercise Activity as the Group I see almost everyday helps provide the Push!!
Overall, no weight change 😎😎

Maintenance and happy 😃
Still training for the upcoming MURPH. I will only attempt the half, as the shoulder can’t withstand the pressure from pull-ups.
Half is:
• .5 mile
• 50 pull-ups
• 100 push-ups
• 150 BWS
• . 5 mile

Pushing for a few more pounds, but in a slow process. The shoulder muscle 💪 group were hit hard after the surgery.
Concentration on lats & traps. Murph is just around the corner & hoping to at least achieve a Half Murph.

No major weight changes over the last 15 days. Pretty good 😌 story as this includes Vacay time.
Final stages of Shoulder Recovery, week 15. Let’s see if the muscles 💪 are ready for some intense exercises 🤪🤪.
