Hopefully can regain this weight in the next few days. The Surgery has drained more than weight as the energy is hard to find.

Still recovering from Reverse Shoulder Replacement. 1st night was fine, but the 2nd night was not fun 🤩 Medicine had completely gone bye, bye!!
Also, lost 2lbs, of course I wasn’t too hungry 😋

Still floating between 164-167, unfortunately the loss from yesterday was all muscle mass. Time to find some Protein to feed the muscles.
Heck of an Endurance WO today:
1x - 500m SkiErg - 500m Rows - 1000m BikeErg (timing)
2x - 150 Jump Rope + 15 Burpees
3x - 8 Neg Candle Sticks + 15Cals Assault Bike
4x - 10x TTB + SA DB Farmers carry 25m + 50x OH plate flutters
700+ Cals Burned 🥵🥵🤬🤬
