Gained back some of the muscle mass this week, as I had lost nearly 3lbs last week. It had moved over to the “fat” location......😜😜.
Attempted the “Acid Bath” exercise routine yesterday and realized why they call it this. Finished in 6:42, so not to bad for the “elder” group 😎😎
I’m ready for my Sunday recovering time!!

Interesting weigh in ....I believe the decline is mainly the “muscle” side & is due to limited amounts allowed on my left side. It looks strange doing DB Chest Press with a 45 & 10lbs. Luckily everyone in the gym knows about my shoulder replacement.
Even PU are a challenge 💪💪😜😜

Had a chance to see my Shoulder Surgeon yesterday & he supplied the latest X-rays that were taken. Although the New Shoulder looks like an Alien implant, it is starting to feel better 😘. He did emphasize using light weight for at least another 3 weeks.

Weighed in this morning & no significant change. Currently finishing week 3 from Shoulder Replacement and no major pain. Still using Ice 🧊 three times a day.
I am actually back at the Gym, but mostly on my own vs. attempting classes. I have Mastered the SA (single arm) Routine, but using minimum weight with the New Shoulder.
Time for 12-weeks to pass quickly 😎😜

Keeping in maintenance!!
In week 3 of the “shoulder” replacement recovery and trying to get back to Class Exercises. Of course, SA (single arm) everything is not feasible, but what the hell!!
Attempted HIIT :20sec on :20sec rest - 4x
• MB Slams ( did SA DB ground to OH Press)
• Burpees - did SA Up/Downs to a flat bench
• Assault Bike - SA push/pull
• TRX Squat Jump - SA
• TRX knee ups - just repeated the above
• KB Swings - SA
• survived - 600+ Cals
Time for SA Coffee ☕️😎😜
