Does anyone know a significant amount about intermittent fasting? The one I've chosen to do isn't actually fasting, it's 5:2 where the 2's are 500 calories.
I've had 584 calories today, and am wondering... have I ruined it for today? I'm not particularly hungry. I just want to bored eat. =/

Been doing really well at controlling my intake and motivating myself to get to the gym, even if it's for only thirty minutes. Hopefully next week I'm not back up to 120! It ought to be relatively easy, even though we are in the UK for two and a half days, I have the opportunity to go to the gym BOTH days! And these gyms are sooo nice - steam rooms and saunas and indoor, heated pools!!

Feeling very bummed out today. Generally discouraged and depressed. How am I able to feel so down after running 8.9 kilometers (5.5 miles) for the first time ever in my life? I should be over the moon. =(
