My name is Sue. I'll be 50 in August - I weigh 184 pounds. I'm going to Florida in July & my goal was to lose 10 pounds before Florida & more by 50. Hasn't happened yet but still trying. I'm a single mom with 2 wonderful teenagers. Have really gained weight over the past 4 years & desperately want to go down at least 2 sizes!!! I try to work out at least 4x a week - 2 days at the gym & 2 days at home doing aerobics. Love the Atkins lifestyle & hoping it works!!!
